9. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your subscriber portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
